Key Responsibilities
✔ Deliver top-tier lash and brow services – including lash extensions, lash lifts, brow shaping, and tinting.
✔ Provide an exceptional client experience – friendly, professional, and tailored to their needs.
✔ Maintain high-quality work – ensuring precision, hygiene, and efficiency in every service.
✔ Educate clients on aftercare and maintenance to ensure long-lasting results.
✔ Work collaboratively with the team – supporting and uplifting each other.
✔ Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques to refine your skills.
✔ Help maintain the salon’s cleanliness, professionalism, and welcoming atmosphere.
✔ Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in lash extensions and brow services.
✔ Certified in Classic and Volume Lash Extensions (Hybrid & Mega Volume is a bonus!).
✔ Strong knowledge of brow shaping, waxing, and tinting techniques.
✔ A deep understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols.
✔ Exceptional customer service skills – you love making people feel confident!
✔ Ability to work efficiently while delivering high-quality results.
✔ Team player with a positive attitude – we are a family!
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
➕ Experience with lamination, henna brows or lash lifting
➕ Knowledge of salon software & client booking systems.
➕ Content creation skills for social media & marketing.
