To make sure your appointment is smooth and stress-free, here’s everything you need to know
Arrive on Time
Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle in and complete any forms if you haven't been able to do them prior.
Avoid Tweezing or Waxing Beforehand
Let your brows grow out for as long as possible before your appointment to give your brow artist plenty of hair to work with for shaping.
Stay Away from Retinol or Peels
Stop using retinol, exfoliating acids, or chemical peels on or around the brows at least 3-5 days before your treatment to prevent irritation.
Schedule Around Other Treatments
Avoid booking your brow appointment near facials, spray tans, or other skin treatments that might affect the area.
Communicate Your Preferences
You're welcome to bring inspiration pictures or tell us your desired brow shape and colour during the consultation.
